The member local educational agencies (LEAs) within the Desert Mountain SELPA and Charter SELPA under the CAHELP are school districts, charter schools, and public agencies committed to supporting students with disabilities. Each member LEA provides special education services and supports guided by our shared Local Plan, ensuring students receive the individualized help they need to succeed.
